Chapter 324 — Master Adds Points

As for exactly how strong a maxed-out Advanced Intelligence was, Shi Cen could not easily say. In any case, all the machinery and equipment he had previously bought and installed in the Mechanical Research Institute — Rin could now perform 'rapid dismantling' and 'rapid assembly' on them all, making it a veritable Legend-rank mechanist.
And judging by Rin's composed demeanor, it had probably already gotten a feel for the 'Mechanical Phantom Beast Project' and the 'All-Member Mech Project'.
Outside the Mechanical Research Institute.
Mech Rin, now carrying itself like a big shot, floated in the air. Watching the mechanical tyrannosaur running in the dragon pen, it said, "Leave it to me. I will do my best to complete the Mechanical Phantom Beast Project within three months."
"As for the 'Combined Mech Project' and the 'Mythic Phantom Mech Project,' those will probably have to come after."
"Why three months?" said Shi Tang.
"Because three months from now marks the start of Donghuang Nation's new round of time essence for the Machinery Convention. If the ancient-species phantom mech can be successfully researched, Master can consider whether to enter that convention. If we can take the championship, it will be of great help for the next stage of researching the far more difficult 'Combined Mech' and 'Mythic Species Mech.'" Mech Rin analyzed. "The Machinery Convention, like the Rearing Convention and the National Tournament, is recorded in my initial data — it is just that you, Master, never noticed."
"The Machinery Convention?" Shi Shuo was startled, and then his expression gradually lit up with delight. "There's an event like that too? Then do your best."
"We'll just go and grab a championship while we're at it. By then, with a Fourth Bureau machinery illustrated record to work from, your self-upgrades will be that much easier."
His archaeology illustrated records and rearing illustrated records contained all kinds of high-end Donghuang archaeology and rearing data. So in theory, the Fourth Bureau's illustrated records should contain machinery data, shouldn't they?
"Yes." Mech Rin nodded.
In Rin's current assessment of research difficulty, ancient-species mechanical phantom beasts were the easiest to research; the whole-team combined mech came next; and the hardest of all was remodeling itself into a mythic-species phantom beast mech.
"I will work hard. But I must ask Master to work hard at meditating as well — if we can sign a contract, my learning, calculation, and research abilities can rise another level." Rin urged him on.
"All right, all right. If you need any mechanical materials or mechanical knowledge, tell me, and I'll go buy the materials and find the textbooks for you." Shi Li.
"(????)Okay."
"For now, the basic mechanical theory is enough. Every mechanical system is inseparable from the basics. There is probably no mechanical theory material on mechanical phantom beasts yet, so my need for other mechanical knowledge is not great at the moment. What I need to do now is deduce a new mechanical system. During that process, though, I may need help from Eleven, Chongchong, Baby Ginseng, Crimson Eye, and Susu."
Now that it had maxed-out Advanced Intelligence and had updated the data on Eleven and the others, Rin no longer found their situations so hard to understand.
Among them, Eleven served as an arsenal; Chongchong had its phantoms; Baby Ginseng had time essence and life fruit; Crimson Eye had its soul-swap ability; and Susu had the power of mental purification. Rin felt that in the course of researching the mechanical tyrannosaur, any one of these might prove useful, so it needed a certain amount of support from its teammates.
"All right!"
At this moment, Shi Jin felt utterly carefree.
Wonderful.
