Chapter 493 — Zhang Bin's Call
Years of Heartflutter · Page 2 of 2
As he said this, Zhang Bin was quite pleased with himself; having settled things with both Zhao Sisi and Wang Mei at once, he felt very proud. As Yang Juehuan's underling, even if he didn't have as many women as Yang Ce, having two meant he hadn't disgraced his boss!
"Heh, go on then," Yang Yanzhou said.
"Boss, I'm hanging up now!" Zhang Bin said, about to end the call.
"Wait a moment..." Yang Ce suddenly remembered that he would be setting off in three days and still hadn't properly gotten together with his good friend Zhang Bin, so he hurriedly called out.
"What is it, boss? Something else?" Zhang Bin asked.
"Are you free tomorrow? Want to come out for a sit-down in the evening? Have a chat?" Yang Yanchuan said.
"Huh? Sure! Whenever you call for me, boss, I've got time!" Zhang Bin said, though he was somewhat puzzled—what did Yang Ce suddenly want with him? Still, he agreed right away. "Should I bring Zhao Sisi and Wang Mei?"
"Don't bring anyone—just the two of us. I won't bring anyone either," Yang Yanzhou said.
"Oh?" Zhang Bin was startled. Even more puzzled now, he still said, "All right, see you tomorrow!"
"See you tomorrow!" Yang Ce sighed and hung up.
"Yang Ce, what challenge was Zhang Bin talking about? Who wants to challenge you?" Chen Shutang had caught a few fragmentary words from Yang Yanzhou but hadn't heard Zhang Bin's side, so she asked, rather puzzled.
"Oh, that Fan Ce wants to challenge me! A duel—whoever loses has to stay away from Sister Zhao Ying and run a lap around the school field stark naked!" Yang Ce explained.
"What? Fan Ce? He wants to challenge you?" Chen Shutang was startled. "The one from the resort that night?"
"That's him! Probably bearing a grudge over what happened last time!" Yang Yanzhou said.
"How did he issue the challenge? Are you going to accept?" Chen Shutang asked, a little worried.
"That's just what I wanted to discuss with you all," Yang Hengye said. "Jiajia, can your phone log onto the campus BBS? Zhang Bin said the challenge post is up there!"
