"You mean Shen Yushu? Pay her no mind. That girl is always off in her own world, half-crazy. Who knows what she's thinking about from morning till night." Wei Zhao shrugged.

Hearing this, Tang Zhi gave him a rather peculiar look. Her intuition told her that Wei Zhao was hiding something from her, though she could not say what. "You know her well?"

"She's in my class. Of course I know her..." Wei Zhao nodded vaguely.

"Oh... does she like you?" Tang Zhi never said anything without startling the room.

"Huh?!" Wei Zhao's eyes went wide, and he stared at Tang Zhi in astonishment. "What did you say? She likes me?"

Shen Yushu had indeed confessed to him once, but that had been a sham... Wei Zhao did not think Shen Yushu could actually like him. The girl was a bit childish in her thinking; surely she had not yet reached the stage of liking boys?

"Nothing..." Tang Zhi shook her head. It had only been a sudden feeling just now, a sense that there was something odd about Shen Yushu coming over to pick a quarrel for no reason and then leaving. But on second thought, it seemed impossible. How could she possibly like Wei Zhao?
