"Understood!" Liu Tianyi did not put on airs. He nodded and slipped to one side.
"Liu Tianyi, aren't you something? The moment Wei Zhao shows up, you go lick his boots. We of the Yu family will remember this grudge!" Yu Shuixing felt utterly humiliated — Liu Tianyi had slapped him across the face in broad daylight. So Yu Shuixing made up his mind: once this business was over, the Liu family would be the next to be cut down!
"Enough, don't bother remembering it. I'd say after today you'll have lost your memory function altogether," Wei Zhao said flatly.

"A cripple can still beat you to death!" Chen Yuxuan clenched his fist and looked at Yu Feng. "Yu Feng, didn't your Yu family say it? If we want to settle our grievances, we can do it by force? Very well — I challenge you now!"
"Challenge me? You?" Yu Feng's eyes went wide, as though he had heard the funniest joke in the world. "A cripple like you wants to challenge me? Chen Yuxuan, do you have a death wish?"
"It's not certain yet who dies!" Chen Yuxuan said calmly. "The humiliation of that day — I will wash it clean today!"
"Head of the Chen family, you saw it — it's your grandson who's courting death, not us cutting off all escape!" Yu Feng said to Chen Kuanglan. "You know the rules of the house-clan grievance arena as well as I do: life and death are each man's fate, and no one may pursue the matter afterward!"
