"Good!" Gao Xiaofu slung the camera over his shoulder — but the weight of it nearly caved his shoulder in!
The two of them hurried out of the room. It was already close to nine o'clock at night, and Zhong Yongliang was burning with regret! By the time they got there, Wei Zhao might have already succeeded! Without that earlier segment of Gu Mengyao fighting back, there'd be no fun in it at all!
At that thought, malicious intent flared in Zhong Yongliang's heart. He happened to walk into the resort's lobby and saw that most of their classmates had finished resting and were sitting around waiting for Zhong Yongliang and Gao Xiaofu.
"Sorry to keep you all waiting. Now, I'm going to treat you to a grand spectacle!" Zhong Yongliang announced to the classmates in the lobby. "Everyone, come with me!"
Zhong Yongliang intended to drag everyone along to watch Wei Zhao. That way, even if Wei Zhao succeeded through some halfhearted compliance, being seen by every single classmate would be utterly humiliating! And from then on, Gu Mengyao would never have the face to face anyone again!
But Zhong Yongliang thought to himself: if he couldn't have it, no one else would either! If he was never going to get Gu Mengyao, then he'd see her reputation destroyed!
The classmates had no idea what grand spectacle Zhong Yongliang planned to show them, and not giving it much thought, they all followed him toward Wei Zhao's room! After all, Zhong Yongliang had organized this entire outing, so naturally they'd go along with him!
Upon reaching the door of Wei Zhao's room, Zhong Yongliang couldn't hold back and slammed himself against it! Every second counted now — he didn't want to waste a single moment!
With a BANG, Wei Zhao's door burst open — though not nearly as hard to force as Zhong Yongliang had expected, because the door hadn't been locked at all! After returning to his room, Wei Zhao had been busy cultivating to combat the drug's effects, while Gu Mengyao and Shen Yushu were busy helping Wei Zhao cool down, so neither of them had bothered to check whether the door was locked.
And so Zhong Yongliang plunged headfirst into the room in spectacular fashion — momentum sent him sprawling face-first onto the floor!
"Look, everyone!" Gao Xiaofu ignored Zhong Yongliang completely. Afraid Wei Zhao might take countermeasures, he quickly urged the classmates to peer inside!
And so the scene in the room came into everyone's eyes! Gu Mengyao and Shen Yushu, one on each side, were fanning Wei Zhao with hand fans!
"What's this all about?" A classmate glanced in and asked, bewildered.
"Are you out of your mind? You brought us to see this?" Kang Xiaofeng, who had followed along, was the first to object. Was Gao Xiaofu brain-dead? It was obvious that Wei Zhao was enjoying the company of two beauties fanning him — and now Zhong Yongliang had barged in!
"Exactly — what's so great about this?" The classmates were somewhat envious of Wei Zhao, but none of them considered this a grand spectacle! It's just fanning — what's there to watch?
Gao Xiaofu was dumbfounded. What on earth was going on? Shouldn't Wei Zhao have pinned down Gu Mengyao or Shen Yushu by now? How were all three of them fully clothed, coolly sitting here fanning away?
Zhong Yongliang picked himself up off the floor, equally bewildered! No way — Wei Zhao was fine? He looked around the room suspiciously; it didn't appear that anything had happened!
Moreover, he was certain that if Wei Zhao had actually done anything with Gu Mengyao and Shen Yushu, it wouldn't have ended so quickly with his clothes on, sitting here fanning! After all, it had taken him and Gao Xiaofu ages just using their own hands — how could Wei Zhao have finished so fast?
