Chapter 3157 — Tianchan's Longing

Still, Ancestor Xuanchen had been considering things from the standpoint that Tianchan was a girl; yet judging by what he saw now, these past few years of disguising herself as Tiancan Bian had made Tianchan's temperament far more like a man's. So Ancestor Xuanchen had no misgivings either, and took Kang Jingming away with him.

After Ancestor Xuanchen had gone off with Kang Jingming, only Tianchan and Xiao Taohong were left in the room. Tianchan then spoke up: "When the time comes, you'll go apply for a position at Guan Dafu Pharmaceuticals. Do whatever the job asks of you. You may get on good terms with Kang Xiaofeng, but there's no need to go out of your way to seduce him. Whatever Kang Jingming says to you, you can simply ignore; just see to your own duties. "Yes, Young Sect Master," Xiao Taohong answered at once. "Young Sect Master, you wanted to see me?" Xiao Taohong had no idea why Tianchan had called for her again so soon.

"Kang Xiaofeng is a decent man. If it were possible, he would not be a bad choice," Tianchan said lightly. Even Tianchan herself could not say why she had said it—simply... to find a figment of an identity?

"Ah?" Xiao Taohong was taken aback. She had not expected Tianchan to say such a thing. "Young Sect Master, what are you..."
