Chapter 707 — I'm Not Leaving

Brother Lei was clearly a little taken aback by the scene as well! He had never expected that a petite girl like Shen Yushu could unleash such a vicious move — and one that struck home, bending Ma Bilin over like a shrimp!

Since Shen Yushu had already taught them a lesson, Wei Zhao had no intention of dragging things out with them any further. Today was supposed to be a celebration, and he didn't want a few nobodies to ruin the mood.

"Huh?" Brother Lei was stunned for a moment, then burst out laughing, looking at Wei Zhao as though he were an idiot! And Ma Bilin, still doubled over and squatting on the floor, couldn't help laughing too — laughing gleefully, as if he had forgotten his pain altogether.

"Arrow Brand Brother, have they lost their minds?" Shen Yushu looked at Brother Lei and Ma Bilin with a peculiar expression. How could a person suddenly laugh so gleefully? Had they been traumatized or something?

"Xiaoshu!" Gu Mengyao signaled for Shen Yushu not to say anything reckless at a time like this. Shen Yushu's kick earlier had complicated matters; who knew whether this could end peacefully now. Just as Brother Lei clapped, a group of burly men in black suits came running over quickly and encircled Wei Zhao and the others in a ring. The leader, a man with a scarred face, turned respectfully to Brother Lei. "Brother Lei, what now?"

"Cripple the man and throw him out. Knock the women out and keep them." A vicious light came into Brother Lei's face. His own Western restaurant had been smashed up — if word of this got out, he wouldn't be able to show his face in this business again!

"Ooh, the reinforcements have arrived. The villains in cartoons always do this after they get hit, too. But do you know what happens when you do that?" Shen Yushu suddenly asked.

The whole lobby of the Western restaurant had been thick with tension, but after that one remark from Shen Yushu, everyone's faces took on a strange expression, and the atmosphere was suddenly not so tense anymore!

Wasn't this girl afraid? With so many people standing there, how did she still have the presence of mind to say such bizarre things?

Gu Mengyao gave Shen Yushu a helpless look. She had made the situation worse and worse, but thankfully Wei Zhao was here, so she wasn't worried about not being able to walk out.

"So you really won't let us leave?" Wei Zhao glanced at Brother Lei.

"Ha? Do you know who I am? On Li Dilei's turf, no one has ever walked out standing!" Brother Lei laughed arrogantly. "Today every one of you stays here, especially that girl! I don't mind telling you — my cousin is Li Cihua. You can weigh your own worth.
